This is an exploratory journey. As a complementary therapist I have seen huge improvements to my health (and that of others) over the last ten years through the use of natural remedies. However, like so many people, I still do not feel strong, vital and well . .. WELL!! It often seems like hard work - like putting sticking plasters over the cracks. What is causing the cracks in the first place?
I am incredibly interested in what it is to be healthy. Again and again I come back to diet and how synthetic, lacking in nutrients and nourishment our modern food is. Macrobiotics offers a way of eating which goes back to a simple holistic diet, based on sound dietary and energetic principles. I have dabbled with it over the past few months and seen impressive changes. So this is me going deeper - and I invite you along! I'm not trained in macrobiotics; I am doing this as a lay person. I want to see if I can strengthen my body, increase my vitality and wellbeing and generally enjoy a much better level of health. With warm regards,
